និតិវិធីប្រត្តិបត្តិការណ៍ ការត្រួតពិនិត្យសត្វចង្រៃ/STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE PEST CONTROL

 

សំរាប់អ្នកចង់ស្នើរសុំសញ្ញាប័ត្រសុវត្ថិភាពម្ហូបអាហារ គឺចាំបាច់ត្រូវមាននិតិវិធីក្នុងការអនុវត្តលើប្រព័ន្ធនេះ ហើយខាងក្រោមនេះ គឺជានិតិវិធីក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងសត្វចង្រៃក្នុងរោងចក្រអាហារ៖

1 គោលបំណង / PURPOSE
គោលបំណងនៃបទដ្ឋាននេះ គឺដើម្បីលុបបំបាត់សត្វចង្រៃក្នុងរោងចក្រ ដើម្បីសសុវត្ថិភាពផលិតផល។
The purpose of this procedure is to minimize and eliminate pests in the factory to protect the safety and suitability of product.  

2  វិសាលភាព / SCOPE
បទដ្ឋាន​នេះត្រូវអនុវត្តលើការត្រួតពិនិត្យសត្វល្អិត បក្សី កណ្តុរ និងសត្វដែលចម្លងជំងឺផ្សេងៗទៀតនៅក្នុងរោងចក្រ ជាពិសេសក្នុងឃ្លាំងស្តុកផលិតផល និងទីផលិតកម្ម។
This procedure is applied for controlling insects, birds, mice and other disease carrier animals in the plant, especially in storage rooms and production area.

3. ការទទួលខុសត្រូវ / RESPONSIBILITIES

-       ប្រធាគ្រប់គ្រងឃ្លាំត្រូវទាក់ទងក្រុមហ៊ុនកំចាត់សត្វល្អិតដើម្បីកំចាត់សត្វល្អិត ហើយត្រូវ​ត្រួត​ពិនិត្យសត្វល្អិតដើម្បីទប់ស្កាត់កុំអោយមាននៅក្នុងឃ្លាំង និងទីផលិតកម្ម ហើយកត់ត្រាទុកជា​ឯក​សារ​។

Warehouse Manager is responsible in contacting with Pest Control Company for operating pest control and he will verify that pest are controlled by visual inspection the premise and review Pest Control Record.

-       ប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងឃ្លាំងត្រូវចាត់តាំងបុគ្គលិកដើម្បីត្រួតពិនិត្យសត្វចង្រៃ និងកំចាត់វា។

Warehouse Manager must designated an employee will inspect employees/PCO when they are operating or trapping.

4.  អត្ថន័យ / DEFINITION

-       គ្មាន / None

5. និតិវិធី / PROCEDURE

1.1  ការត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងការការពារសត្វចង្រៃមិនអោយចូល /  Preventing access and controls

1.1.1        ទ្វារ និងបង្អួចត្រូវបិទ អោយជិតកុំអោយមានចន្លោះ ហើយត្រូវថែទាំអោយល្អ ដែល​​អាចការពារការច្រៀតចូលពីសត្វចង្រៃបាន។

Doors and windows must be kept closed, and fitted. Doors and windows must be in good repair and preventive from pest accessing.

1.1.2        ត្រូវដាក់សញ្ញាលើទ្វារចេញ ចូលត្រូវបិទ។

 Signs should be posted on the doors to give information to employees.

1.1.3        រនាំងប្លាស្ទីកត្រូវប្រើសំរាប់ការពារការចេញចូលសត្វចង្រៃ។

Plastic curtains and screen should be used to prevent birds entering.

1.1.4        ត្រូវបិទ ឬដាក់សំណាញ់លើរន្ធ បណ្តាញលូ និងកន្លែង​ផ្សេងទៀតដែលសត្វចង្រៃចេញ ចូល។Holes, drains and others by where pest could enter the plant should be kept sealed or screened. 

1.1.5        សត្វគ្រប់ប្រភេទត្រូវបានហាមឃាត់មិនមាននៅទីផលិតកម្ម និងឃ្លាំងស្តុក។

All kind of animals are not allowed to be in the production and storage areas.

1.1.6        សំអាត់រោងចក្រអោយស្អាត និងទាងទាត់ ដើម្បីលុបបំបាត់ប្រភពចំណី និងជុំរក​របស់វា។ ពេលឃើញមានសញ្ញាពីសត្វចង្រៃត្រូវរាយការណ៍ទៅកានអ្នកទទួល​បន្ទុក។

Clean the facility thoroughly and regularly, cleaning eliminates food and pest places. Report to the manager when found signs of pest such as feces, dead, urine, etc.

1.1.7        ត្រូវទុកដាក់វត្ថុធាតុដែលអាចបង្ករអោយមានសត្វចង្រៃក្នុងធុងសំរាមនៅឆ្ងាយពីទីតាំងផលិតកម្ម។

Store recyclable materials in clean, pest-proof containers away from the building.

1.2  ត្រូវមានឧបករណ៍កំចាត់សត្វចង្រៃ៖ Pest control equipment must be available for use:

-          ជ័រស្អិត / Glue traps

-          ឧបករណ៍កំចាត់សត្វចង្រៃ / Insect-Killer

1.3  ការប្រជ័រស្អិត / Using glue traps

-     ជ័រស្អិតត្រូវប្រើកំចាត់សត្វចង្រៃពេលមិនមានប្រត្តិបត្តការណ៍ពីក្រុមហ៊ុនកំចាត់សត្វចង្រៃ។ Glue traps must be available for use to prevent increasing and infestation of pest during non pest control operating by Pest Control Company.

-          ត្រូវប្រាកដ់ថាជ័រស្អិតមិនចម្លងដល់ផលិតផល។

Ensure that traps do not contaminate the products or food contact surfaces.

-          ជ័រស្អិតគឺត្រូវពិនិត្យដោយអ្នកចាត់តាំង បើមាន​ប្រលាក់ ឬខូចត្រូវប្តូរនិងសំ​អាត​ភ្លាមៗ។

Each blue station are inspected under assign personnel. Damaged glue station must be​replaced or repaired. Dirty traps must be cleaned.

-          បើជ័រស្អិត ជាប់កណ្តុរត្រូវយកវាចេញក្រៅ សំលាប់ ហើយចោលវាអោយ​បាន​ត្រឹមត្រូវ។

Bring mice/mouse outside and kill them. Dispose dead mouse/mice properly.

-          ត្រូវប្តូតទីតាំងពេលចាំបាច់។ Relocate the traps as needed.

-          ពេលឈប់ប្រើត្រូវលាងសំអាត និងរក្សាទុកនៅ​ទីតាំង​របស់​វាអោយបាន​ត្រឹម​ត្រូវ​។

When traps are not used, collect all traps, clean and store them properly for future use.

1.4  ឧបករណ៍កំចាត់សត្វល្អិត / Insect Killer

-          ប្រើវានៅពេលរកឃើញសត្វល្អិត

Place at where insects, flies … are found in much amount

-          ក្រោពេលប្រើត្រូវសំអាតវាអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។

After use must be clean insect killer.

-          ហាមប្រើវា ឬដាក់លើផលិតផល។

Do not place it over product.

1.5  ការប្រើសេវាក្រុមហ៊ុនកំចាត់សត្វចង្រៃ/ Pest Control Operator (PCO), Company

-          ប្រត្តិបត្តការណ៍ក្រុមហ៊ុនត្រូវបានទទួលវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល(ត្រូវមានវិញ្ញាប័ណ្ណប័ត្រ)។

Operators are trained on pest control operation (training certificate of the assigned operator should be obtained)

-          ច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាត្ត។ / Licensed to Operate

-          ត្រូវមានកម្មវិធីកំចាត់សត្វចង្រៃ យ៉ាងហោច ៦ខែម្តង។ / Pest Control Program that will be implemented. Operation frequency:  6 month (at least).

-          ត្រូវមានទិន្នន័យសុវត្ថិគ្រប់ថ្នាំដែលប្រើប្រាស់។

MSDS of all pesticides used.

1.6  ការប្រើកំចាត់សត្វល្អិត/ Use of Pesticide

-          ហាមប្រើពេលដំណើរការផលិតកម្ម។

Pesticide should not be applied when there is an ongoing production

-          ត្រូវប្រើថ្នាំដែលត្រូវជាមួយអាហារ និងមិនប៉ៈពាល់សុខភាព។

Pesticide must be food grade, or could use with food, or not cause harm to humans.

-          ត្រូវមានស្លាកសញ្ញា និងពត៌មានត្រឹមត្រូវ។ ទិន្នន័យសុវត្ថិភាព​ត្រូវអានមុន​ពេលប្រើ ​និង​រក្សាទុកជាកំណត់ត្រា។

Pesticide must have proper labeling/ information for use. MSDS should be kept on file and should be read by the users.

-          ត្រូវពាក់ឧបករណ៍សុវត្ថិភាព។

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

-          ត្រូវរក្សាទុកនឹងចាក់អោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។ មានតែអ្នកដែលចាត់​តាំងប៉ុណ្ណោះ​ដែលមានសិទ្ធ។

Pesticides should be stored in locked cabinet, accessible to designated users only.

1.7  បើមានសត្វល្អិតច្រើនត្រូវបង្កើនសកម្មភាព និងរកឬសគល់នៃបញ្ហារ។

More pest control activities/services if pest still remains in an excessive amount. Review existing pest control measures.
