និតិវិធីប្រត្តិបត្តិការណ៍ ការរក្សាទុកដាក់ និងប្រើប្រាស់សារធាតុគីមី/STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE CLEANING AND SANITATION

 

​គោលបំណង / PURPOSE

បទដ្ឋាននេះគឺដើម្បីណែរនាំបុគ្គលិកប្រើប្រាស់គីមីអោយមានសុវត្ថិភាព និងត្រឹមត្រូវ ព្រមទាំងទប់​ស្កាត់​ដល់ការចម្លងវត្ថុធាតផលិត​​ វត្ថុវេចខ្ចប់ និងផលិតផលសម្រេច។

The purpose of this procedure is to guide employees to use chemicals safely and properly, and to prevent contamination of products, packaging and food-contact surfaces.

វិសាលភាព / SCOPE

បទដ្ឋាន​នេះគ្រប់ដណ្តប់លើការរក្សាទុកសារធាតុគីមីទាំងអស់ ទាំងធាតុកំចាត់សត្វល្អិត និងប្រេង។

This procedure covers storage and handling all chemicals consisting of pesticide, detergents, and oil.

ការទទួលខុសត្រូវ / RESPONSIBILITIES

បុគ្គលិកត្រួតពិនិត្យគុណភាពមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវបញ្ជារទិញ រក្សាទុក និងប្រើប្រាស់។

QC staff is responsible for purchasing, storage, and use of chemicals. 

អត្ថន័យ / DEFINITION

ធាតុគីមី / Chemicals: សារធាតុគ្រិៈណាដែលប្រើ ឬផលិតដោយប្រត្តិកម្មដែល​ពាក់ព័ន្ធ​បំលាស់​ប្តូរ​ដល់​អាតូម ឬម៉ូលេគុល។

Any basic substance which is used in or produced by a reaction involving changes to atoms or molecules.

និតិវិធី / PROCEDURE

1.1ពិនិត្យមើលលើផ្លាកសំបកវេចខ្ចប់ធាតុគីមីដើម្បីរកកាលបរិច្ឆេតផុតកំណត់ ការលើកដាក ការ​រក្សា​ទុក ​ការប្រើប្រាស់។ ពិនិត្យមើលការលិចធ្លាយលើសំបកវេចខ្ចប់។

Check labeling of chemical’s containers for expiry date, handling, using, and storage. Check container for leakage.

1.2  សារធាតុគីមីត្រូវតែត្រូវជាមួយអាហារ ឬសំរាប់ប្រើក្នុងរោងចក្រអាហារបាន។

Chemicals must be food grade and/ or could be used in food plant.

1.3  ការរក្សាធាតុគីមីទាំអស់ត្រូវស្ថិតក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងដោយប្រធានផ្នែកអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។

Store all chemicals properly under manager supervision.

1.4  ត្រូវកម្រិតការចេញចូលកន្លែងស្តុកសារធាតុគីមី។ វាត្រូវរក្សាទុកក្នុងបន្ទប ឬកន្លែងដែលមាន​សុវត្ថិភាពដែលបានចាក់សោរយ៉ាងត្រឹមត្រូវ។

Limit access to chemicals. It should be stored in room, or secured place with locks.

Do not store chemicals with packing materials, and food products (see procedure for receiving and storage of materials).

1.5  ធាតុគីមី នឹងសំបកវេចខ្ចប់មិនត្រូវរក្សាទុកជាមួយគា្នឡើយ

1.6  ធាតុគីមីត្រូវរក្សាទុកកន្លែងស្ងួត និងស្អាត។ ពិនិត្យមើលការណែរនាំពីការរក្សាទុក និងប្រើប្រាស់។

Store chemicals in a dry and clean place. See instruction for storage and handling on its container or MSDS.

1.7  ធាតុគីមីទាំងអស់ត្រូវមានស្លាកសញ្ញាច្បាស់លាស់។

Label the name of chemical clearly

1.8  រក្សាទុកដាក់ធាតុគីមីក្នុងសំបកវេចខ្ចប់ដើមរបស់ ហើយបិទអោយជិតបន្ទាប់ពីប្រើប្រាស់។

Store chemicals in its original container, and keep it closed/ sealed after use.

1.9  ត្រូវដាក់ឯកសារសុវត្ថិភាពធាតុគីមីទាំងនៅកន្លែងរក្សាទុក។

Have a copy of MSDS of all chemicals near the storage area.

1.10          អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ត្រូវតែទទួលបានការណែរនាំ ឬបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពីការប្រើប្រាស់ធាតុគីមីនោះ។

Chemical users should be trained on the important contents of MSDS. Any employee that intended to use chemical must:

1.10.1    ហាមហិត ហាមប៉ៈដោយមិនបានការពារ។

Not smell, touch without any safety gloves, or taste

1.10.2    ត្រូវពាក់ឧបករណ៍ការពារសុវត្ថិភាពដូចជា ស្រោមដៃ ម៉ាស់ ស្បែកជើងករវែង វែនតា និង​អាវសុវត្ថិភាព។

Wear protective equipment including gloves, mask, glass, boots, protective clothes, etc.

1.11          កុំប្រើធាតុគីមីតាមរបៀបចម្លងឬប៉ៈពាល់ផលិផល។​

Do not use chemicals in any manners that could contaminate/ affect to food product, its safety and suitability

1.11.1    អនុវត្តតាមការណែរនាំ។

Follow manufacturer’s instructions for use.

1.11.2    កុំប្រើវានៅជិត ឬក្បែរផលិតផលអាហារ។

Do not use near/ by food product, packing materials, and other contact surfaces

1.12          ធាតុដែលផុតកំណត់ប្រើប្រាស់គួរបោះចោលអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវដើម្បីការពារបរិស្ថានកុំ​អោយ​​មាន​បញ្ហារ និងការចម្លងឡើងវិញ។

Expired chemicals/ chemical containers must be disposed properly in order to prevent​re contamination and environment problem.

1.13          ផលិតផលដែលត្រូវបានចម្លងធាតុគីមីត្រូវរក្សាទុក ឬបោះចោលអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។

Hold and discard the contaminated product.
